Windows: Species & Finish Colors: Mahogany
True, American, or Honduras Mahogany grows from southern Mexico through Central America and into South America. The wood ranges from pale pink to dark reddish brown, and is considered the most stable of hardwoods. Variation in color and grain from board to board is common. It is easy to finish, and takes an excellent polish.
